*🚀 Email‑to‑Sheet Reporting Automation

A client reached out with a challenge:

"Every day, my team emails sales numbers – but I spend hours copying them into a spreadsheet. And when someone sends a correction, I have to find the original row and update it manually. It's a time‑consuming task."

Here's what it does:

I built an n8n automation that handles it all.

📨 Reads incoming emails (one‑time batch or real‑time trigger)

✅ Filters senders against a Google Sheets Allowed Senders list (whitelist)

🧠 Extracts key fields (report date, shop, sales, customers) using an AI-Agent that handles "today", "yesterday", explicit dates, and typos.

📝 Appends new reports OR updates existing rows when a correction comes in – no duplicates!

🏷️ Labels emails with attachments and sends notifications
